Citedintel meters three things: projects, audits per month, and AI-drafted content assets per month. Seats are set per plan: 1 on Starter, 2 on Pro, 5 on Agency Pro, custom on Enterprise. Everything else, diagnosis, the work queue, trend history, is not metered. This page covers what each plan includes and how the meters behave.
Plan summary
Annual billing is available on Pro (12x monthly, one invoice for the year). Agency Pro is demo-led: volumes and pricing are scoped with you on a short call. Enterprise serves both brands and agencies, scoped to your needs and sized on a short call. It covers 10+ engines including Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, automated audit cadence, custom volume across markets, languages and product lines, custom share attribution, brand tone of voice (Citedintel learns your voice from your brand documents, up to 3 per project, and writes every generated asset in it, grounded in your audit evidence with nothing invented), and dedicated support over email and Slack.

What counts against each limit
- An audit: One full run of your prompt set across your plan's engines, whether started manually or, on Agency Pro and Enterprise, by the automated cadence. Readiness scans do not consume audits; re-run them as often as you ship fixes.
- An asset: One AI-drafted deliverable from the Act queue: a draft, a brief-plus-build-instructions package, or a regenerated version of either. Reading diagnoses and managing the queue is free.
- A project: One brand on one domain. Archiving a project frees the slot.
Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation
Upgrades apply immediately: new limits are live as soon as checkout completes, from the Billing page inside the app. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your data stays intact through plan changes: audit history and trends are never deleted when you move between tiers.
If you cancel, your account returns to the free Starter plan and your history remains readable. Billing questions reach a human at support@citedintel.com.
