Cited meters three things: projects, audits per month, and AI-drafted content assets per month. Everything else, seats on Pro and above, diagnosis, the work queue, trend history, is not metered. This page covers what each plan includes and how the meters behave.
Plan summary
Annual billing gives two months free on Starter and Pro; Agency Pro bills $499/mo on annual. Enterprise is custom: 10+ engines including Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, custom volume across markets and product lines, and dedicated support, scoped on a short call.

What counts against each limit
- An audit: One full run of your prompt set across your plan's engines, whether started manually or by the weekly schedule. Readiness scans do not consume audits; they have their own monthly allowance (8 on Starter, 24 on Pro, 40 on Agency Pro).
- An asset: One AI-drafted deliverable from the Act queue: a draft, a brief-plus-build-instructions package, or a regenerated version of either. Reading diagnoses and managing the queue is free.
- A project: One brand on one domain. Archiving a project frees the slot.
Agency Scale Packs
Agency Pro grows in packs rather than plan jumps. Each Scale Pack is $499/mo and adds 3 client projects, 40 audits per month and 75 assets per month to the pooled allowance. Packs stack up to 10, which tops out at 33 client projects and 440 pooled audits per month. Packs cancel independently of the base plan.
Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation
Upgrades apply immediately: new limits are live as soon as checkout completes, from the Billing page inside the app. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your data stays intact through plan changes: audit history and trends are never deleted when you move between tiers.
If you cancel, your account returns to the Free plan and your history remains readable. Billing questions reach a human at support@citedintel.com.
